Telehealth, also known as telemedicine, involves delivering healthcare services through electronic technologies like video conferencing, online applications, smartphones, and landlines. It allows healthcare providers to assess and diagnose conditions, manage chronic illnesses, offer injury triage, and provide mental health support. This approach is perfect for individuals seeking convenient, flexible access to care from virtually anywhere and at any time.

Step 1:  Book An Appointment

Book an appointment and fill out a brief medical history form and consents to get started.

Step 2:  Get Connected With Us

Log into our portal and connect with a licensed board-certified provider.

Step 3:  Get Treated

Have your prescription sent to a pharmacy of your choice for pickup.

Step 4:  Follow-Up Chat

Schedule a follow-up visit, if needed, to ask any questions or concerns you may have.

We currently do not accept insurance. However, we can provide an itemized receipt that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Additionally, insurance can often be used to cover the cost of prescriptions, lab work, and other third-party services.

Telehealth services are not suitable for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. For any of the following serious conditions, seek care at the nearest emergency room without delay:

  • Chest pain or pressure
  • Convulsions or seizures
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Stroke symptoms, such as trouble walking, speaking, understanding, or sudden paralysis/numbness in the face, arm, or leg
  • Moderate to severe burns
  • Mental health crises, including suicidal or homicidal thoughts
  • Substance abuse emergencies
  • Severe head, neck, or back injuries
  • Serious limb impairment or fractures
  • Poisoning
  • Uncontrolled bleeding
  • Loss of consciousness

Your safety is our priority—always prioritize emergency care when it’s needed.

If you encounter any issues with your prescription, please contact us promptly via email or text. We’ll happily resend it or transfer it to another pharmacy. Please note that prescription-related matters are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
